BAE – Hawk Lead-in Jet Trainer Wing Tank Testing Rig
This unit designed in conjunction with BAE over many months.
The function of the unit is to fill, pressure test and evacuate the removable wing tanks of the Hawk 127 Jet lead-in Trainer.
The operation of the unit for this function greatly increased the speed and safety of the process
Valves, flow meter, filtration and fittings to safely fill and evacuate the wing tanks.
The tandem axle, self-bunded trailer on which the system is built.
The self-bunded tank is fitted with man access hatch, pressure and vacuum vent with rollover spill prevention.
