Oil Tanks

• Manufactured from 3mm mild steel
• Each compartment fitted with 5 level sightglasses for easy level checks
• Fittings: pump mount, bottom fill, drain plug, vent
• Each product clearly labelled for identification
• Compartments:

  • Gear oil 1: 200L

Water & Coolant Tanks

• Water: 400L (2mm 304 stainless steel, bottom valve for hose filling)
• Coolant: 100L (2mm 304 stainless steel, Banlaw fill system)

Pumps

• Macnaught T512 for lighter grade oils
• Graco 5:1 pumps for both gear oils
• Macnaught 3:1 pump for coolant

Air Compressor

• Hydraulically driven screw, 60 cfm

Pressure Washer

• Hydraulically driven
• 4000 psi / 20 lpm
• Reel, hose, and turbo lance included

Waste Oil Collection & Offloading

• Piusi MP140 25mm AOD
• Morris rotary flow reversing valve
• Hose reel: 20m x 20mm hose

Dispensing

• Macnaught twin pedestal reels, each with control valve and digital flow meter
• Coolant dispensing nozzle (no meter)

• Hiab 038TA-2 Hi Duo, radio remote controlled
